1. Acceptance of these terms
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the NiveshWise website, Android app, calculators, tools, content, illustrations, explanations, examples and related materials. By using NiveshWise, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
If you use NiveshWise on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.
2. General information - not professional advice
NiveshWise is provided solely for general educational and informational purposes. Its content is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, retirement or other professional advice.
Nothing in NiveshWise is a personal recommendation, solicitation, offer, endorsement or assurance of outcome. The tools do not consider your complete circumstances, risk tolerance, eligibility, objectives or obligations. Obtain advice from appropriately qualified professionals before making important decisions.
3. Outputs, assumptions and accuracy
All outputs are estimates derived from user inputs, standard formulas, assumptions, approximations and, in some cases, simplified models. Actual outcomes may differ materially because of taxes, charges, fees, timing, policy rules, inflation, market returns, legal changes, lender practices, rounding, data-entry errors or assumptions that do not match your situation.
NiveshWise does not warrant or guarantee that a result, projection, explanation or comparison is accurate, complete, current, suitable or applicable to your circumstances. Verify important calculations and assumptions independently before acting.
4. Your responsibility
You are responsible for entering correct data, reviewing assumptions, checking whether outputs are reasonable and deciding whether a result is suitable for your needs. No calculation or content should be the sole basis for a financial, legal, investment, borrowing, insurance, property, retirement or tax decision.
You must not rely on NiveshWise for emergency, mission-critical, regulated or other high-stakes decisions without independent verification and professional advice.
5. No fiduciary or advisory relationship
Use of NiveshWise does not create a fiduciary, advisory, client, agency, partnership, employment or professional relationship between you and NiveshWise or any person associated with it. No duty is undertaken to act in your best interest beyond providing general information through the website and app.
6. Advertisements, Pro version and brand collaborations
The Free version of the app may display advertisements served by Google or other advertising networks, including placements shown within or around calculator pages.
The Pro version is not intended to display Google-served advertisements as part of the Pro experience. It may still display direct brand affiliations, sponsored cards, partner messages, collaborations, promotional disclosures, pop-ups or similar commercial arrangements. These may appear near relevant calculator content, inside result cards, at the end of calculator pages or in other placements designed to be reasonably relevant and non-disruptive. These arrangements are separate from Google-served advertisements and may remain visible in the Pro version.
Advertising, sponsorship, affiliation or promotional disclosure is provided for informational or commercial-disclosure purposes only. Unless expressly stated in writing, it is not financial advice, product-suitability advice, a guarantee or a representation that a product or service is suitable for you. Evaluate third-party products and services independently before acting.
7. Third-party content and links
NiveshWise may contain third-party content, promotional material, links, references or integrations. NiveshWise does not control and is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, availability, security, products, services, advertisements, privacy practices or other content supplied by third parties.
Your interactions with a third party are solely between you and that third party. Review its terms and policies before relying on its content or completing a transaction.
8. Intellectual property and permitted use
Unless otherwise stated, the NiveshWise name, app and website design, text, calculator structure, software, graphics, branding and related original content are owned by or licensed to NiveshWise and are protected by applicable law.
You receive a limited, personal, lawful, non-exclusive and revocable right to use NiveshWise for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish, distribute, reverse engineer, scrape or commercially exploit protected materials except as permitted by law or with prior written permission.
9. Modifications and availability
NiveshWise, its features, formulas, assumptions, content, terms, disclaimers and policies may be updated, suspended, restricted or removed at any time without prior notice. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, network issues, security events or circumstances beyond our control.
Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms to the extent permitted by law.
10. “As is” and “as available”
NiveshWise is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties, representations, guarantees or conditions of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise. This includes implied warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, reliability or uninterrupted access, to the extent those warranties may lawfully be excluded.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NiveshWise and its owners, developers, operators, licensors, affiliates, contractors and partners will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary loss or damage arising from access to, use of, inability to use or reliance on the website, app, content or any calculation or output.
This includes financial loss, loss of profit, savings or opportunity, data loss and business interruption. Any decision made using NiveshWise is made at your own discretion and risk. Nothing in these terms excludes a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Prohibited use and indemnity
You must not misuse NiveshWise, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, infringe another person's rights, use protected content unlawfully or use the services for illegal purposes.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify NiveshWise and its operators against claims, losses or reasonable expenses arising from unlawful misuse, infringement of another person's rights or a material breach of these terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute arising from or connected with NiveshWise will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, India, subject to applicable consumer-protection law.
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of that provision.
